This shoe seems well made and it does force you to have really good posture. I can't say how much of a workout it is, but it does provide an amazingly comfy walk. It is made big/long, by as much as 1/2 size. I always wear a 10 and the Sketchers I own are size 10. These are very loose on my heel so I had to buy heel pads to take up some of the room in the back of the show. May be that they are just made with a wider heel. The rest of the show fits just right. -- Great Shoe, you won't be disappointed!
These are terrific sandals. I have other Skechers Shape Ups, too, to help with a foot problem I have. They're all fabulous -- so comfortable and easy to walk in. I don't know if I'm "shaping up," but my feet don't hurt and that's more than good enough for me! -- Great sandals!

Amazing fit! I can now stand and walk for longer periods of time because this shoe makes it feel like you are standing on a beach! I highly recommend this shoe style to everyone who has to stand on their feet all day. The materials and construction are top of the line. It does have a wider heel and I had to purchase heel pads to fit my heels better, but, the materials were so smooth it did not irritate my foot that would have caused a blister. I plan on buying another pair! -- Comfortable!
