Great... love them.. they really do work your legs and postirior. If you have wide feet beware they can rub the wrong way. Do as the instructions say wear them in short intervals until you get use to them. -- Rockin'
These shoes are OK but hard to get used to walking on them. In their defense, they warn you of that, but if you are using them for sandals, they aren't easy to wear all the time. -- Little hard to get used to
