I couldn't believe it when I first put my foot into a Sketchers Shape up! It was like I was walking on Pillows! I bought my first pair, the Sketchers Women's Work Shape Up, at the shoe store. I even went back and got another pair! (They were on sale.) AND, I insisted my husband try on a Man's Shape Up! He bought them! He even had a new pair of ... Something he normally would never do! (He finally has a very COOL looking COMFORTABLE shoe!) I bought mine because I hurt my right foot standing in a pair of worn out flip flops all day. After wearing the Shape Ups, it really felt better! I wasn't real happy with the look of the work shoe, and no one had the Jump Start, so I went straight to Amazon.com! (I saw an ad for them in a magazine.) I love them! I can't imagine going back to a "regular" pair! My size of 7 M fit perfectly, my husband went up a half size - I think because they didn't have his size. -- Like Walking on Pillows!

I just got mine about two weeks ago and I love them. I started wearing them around the house and then walking. I never had any soreness with them or any other problems. I love them. They are very comfortable. I am thinking about buying another pair, different color. They are expensive, but worth it. -- My new Shape Ups

I just heard a story on NPR about Shape Ups - saying that a national fitness org tested them and found the claims that they help you improve tone etc to be groundless. My experience has proven otherwise. I've walked 3-5 miles/day for 3 years and noticed very little difference in my "tone" until I bought these shoes in May -- I'm on my second pair. I am thrilled to have found this product which changes a walk into a workout. I got them for my daughter, who immediately felt the workout in her legs. These shoes DO make a difference. Make sure to purchase 1/2 size larger. -- worth the investment

But what about those, for whom size 10 is small and 11 is just too big?????you might get an advise to go and choose
from the men's sizes but those are really ugly and heavy for women.....
Otherwise the shoe is just perfect........unfortunately not for me -- why, why, why......
